  • Dog/s name/s, breeds, ages, home address (when booking (address only when 121 at your home)) 

  • Card details via STRIPE payment software.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • By you filling in a contact us form, or by booking a session with us. So that we can reply to any queries, or send marketing emails (if permission is given) or to enable us to understand about your dog’s problem and address so we can attend at your address if needed. 

  • We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Essential website cookies, to enable the website to function

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to

  • Understand your dogs behavioral issue and attend your address if it is a home 121

  • Reply to any query you ask

  • Send you marketing emails if you have ticked the marketing box

 

We may share this information with Simplybook, Gmail, Wix, and Stripe to enable us to send mass emails or create a booking account for you if you are struggling, or take online payments.

  • Your information is securely stored.

  • We keep names; emails addresses; indefinitely.

  • When asked we will then dispose of your information by deleting it from the databases.
